LONGER SALE HOURS
Our estate sales run from 10am until 6pm for two to three days. That means we run a sale open to the public up to 24 total hours. This is sometimes two or even three times the number of hours of our competitors. Longer hours mean more foot traffic, more sales and much higher revenue for you or your client.
SUPERIOR GROSS SALES
Maryland Estate Solutions' gross sales are often two to three times the estimates given by our competitors. Longer hours, more signage, more extensive research and overall knowledge about items are a few of the reasons. One main reason is we choose not to sell and promote mainly to dealers through email blasts and online shopping. Sending mail directly to dealers in Maryland and surrounding areas actually drives down prices and revenues down for our client. It only benefits estate sale companies to empty a house quickly at the expense of the client.
